Creating a password during your first login

Welcome to the My Viva Portal (MVPortal)!

To access the MVPortal for the first time, follow these steps:

1. Go to https://usadmin.myvivaplan.com/index.html 
2. Select Forgot Password
3. Enter the email associated with your MVPortal account in the box and select Reset password
4. Once the password email was sent successfully, select Back to sign in
5. Check your inbox for the link to reset your password
6. Select the link and follow the prompts to enter your new password
7. Select Submit & Continue. You will be brought to the sign in page.
8. Log in using your email and new password
