How do I create my client a My Viva Plan account?

To create a My Viva Plan account for a client:

1. Select Clients
2. Select Add Clients
3. Select a membership group from the dropdown list. Enter the first name, last name, and email of the client(s) you would like to create accounts for, and select + Add. Repeat this step for as many clients as you are creating an account for.
4. Select Upload and wait for the confirmation to ensure the client(s) have been added
